What We Offer You
Specializing in 1890, 1860 and 730 Air Drills
Air Seeder Services rebuilds air drills with high quality, extended wear parts. We also sell those same quality parts if you choose to perform your own rebuild. Service area includes North Texas, Oklahoma and also parts of Kansas.
How We Work
We come to your location to evaluate the equipment needs and offer a quote for the rebuild. If you choose Air Seeder Services to complete the rebuild, our process consists of coming to your location to remove all row units from the drill and return to our shop for the rebuild. In house, we will remove all pins and bushings, as well as depth shaft arms and make necessary updates on depth shaft arms. After row units are cleaned, we will install new pins, bushings, seals, discs, seed tabs, oversized boot bolts, new bearing and seed firming wheel. Once row units are complete we return to your location and reinstall them on your drill.
With our background in farming, we got a good look at what are common wear parts. We put together a Standard Rebuild Kit based on what goes through our shop. Just tell us the number of row units you need to rebuild, and you have everything you need! For information on getting a quote for us to rebuild your drill, contact Rick Cryer at (940) 733-8919 to advise you on what it will take to get your drill going again!
